My delivery has been damaged. How can I get a substitution?
Our tempered glass screen protectors are packed up securely and sent directly by the Amazon Logistics Team. I am not satisfied with the quality of the received tempered glass screen protector. What can I do?
All our products are subject to extensive quality controls and this allows us a very high standard. Unfortunately, occasional mistakes cannot be avoided for 100%. As a customer of PREMYO, you may benefit in such a case from our PREMYO customer service. Please, contact our customer service to initiate the rescinded transaction of your purchase.
The tempered glass screen protector does not cover the display
for 100%. Why is this case?
Some smartphones (e.g. Apple iPhone 6, Huawei Mate S, HTC One A9) have a curved – not even – display at its edges. Curved tempered glass screen protectors cannot be produced and optimal haptics are only possible on even and smooth surfaces. Therefore, the covering of a curved display until its farthest point of the edge with a tempered glass screen protector is not possible for 100%. Consequently, the tempered glass screen protector is intentionally a bit smaller than the display. Otherwise, the tempered glass screen protector would stick out and peel off as it ages.
The received tempered glass screen protector does not fit.
Our tempered glass screen protectors are produced individually for each respective smartphone / tablet model. Maybe there was some confusion at the delivery or a mistake. Please, contact our customer service.
